Training Resources for Improving Guest Experience

I’ve been thinking a lot about how we can enhance our guest interactions in the casino. With the ever-increasing competition, it’s crucial to invest in our skills. I recently came across a training program focused on customer service that’s specifically designed for the hospitality sector. I believe incorporating some of these learnings could greatly improve our team’s performance and ultimately drive more business growth.

I’ve seen firsthand how a smile and a genuine approach can turn a frustrated guest’s day around. Last week, a regular was having a tough time, and just a friendly chat about their favorite game made all the difference. Investing in customer service training is great, but don’t underestimate the power of personal connection.

It really makes a difference when we personalize our interactions. For instance, knowing a regular’s name can change the whole vibe — last weekend, I greeted a guest by name, and it sparked a great conversation. Using tools like feedback surveys can also guide us on what guests truly value.

I totally agree about the power of personalization! Just the other day, I remembered a guest’s favorite drink and surprised them with it… It’s like the difference between a warm hug and a stiff handshake — huge impact, right? @benjamin7154, have you tried using little icebreakers to connect with guests?
