What You’ll Do

Circulate the casino floor assisting slot players: redeem vouchers, make change, and explain basic game play to guests.

Accurately perform customer transactions, pay/verify jackpots per procedures, and balance cash flow during your shift.

Promote the loyalty/Club card program and provide service that encourages repeat play.

Monitor assigned areas for cleanliness and guest needs; escalate incidents and communicate with supervisors as needed.

Lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks (sit, stand, walk, bend) during an active shift.
