Job Title: Table Games Floor Supervisor

Starting Rate: $29.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:
Manage dealer performance to ensure games are dealt proficiently and guests receive excellent service; monitor guest flow and notify management when table adjustments are needed; observe, evaluate, and rate players objectively per policy; maintain proper bankroll levels and reconcile table accounting with integrity; verify accuracy of documents and adherence to procedures; report unusual activity, high-limit play, or suspected equipment tampering to Pit/Shift Management.
Required Qualifications (high level):

High school diploma or GED.

2+ years of relevant casino/table-games experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Strong attention to accuracy, integrity with cash/accounting processes, and the ability to supervise and evaluate dealers.

Comfortable working nights/weekends and in a busy casino environment.
